Federico Lozzi
He is a chartered accountant and auditor and is registered in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Judge and in the Register of Experts at the Court of Turin.
Former member of the Board of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin (2012-2022), former President of the Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts Union of Turin (2005-2011), member of the SAF Scientific Committee of the Advanced Training Course “Bankruptcy procedures and business reorganisation”, member of the Scientific Coordination Committee of the Training School of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin, lecturer at the “Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze – Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze”, lecturer at the IPSOA Training School, referent of the commission “Perizie e Valutazioni d’azienda”, “Finanza alternativa” and of the commission “Antiriciclaggio” at the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin.
He has developed skills and specialisations in the following activities:
– assistance in the preparation of ordinary and consolidated financial statements and in the management of ordinary and extraordinary direct and indirect taxation issues;
– assistance in ordinary and extraordinary finance transactions: implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, contributions, sale of companies and shareholdings, also aimed at the reorganisation of groups of companies, including the management of all relevant aspects in the implementation of such transactions, and therefore the corporate, tax (due diligence), economic (valuation and accounting representation, according to the OIC domestic accounting standards and IAS-IFRS international standards) and financial (preparation of financial plans, business plans) aspects;
– advisory in transactions aimed at the agreed solution of business crisis regulated by the Bankruptcy Law (composition with creditors, debt restructuring agreements, certified recovery plans);
– transactions involving the valuation of the economic capital of companies, equity investments and intangible assets, for both statutory (M&A transactions) and tax purposes (restatement of the tax values of company assets);
– assistance in rationalising the tax structure and corporate and economic composition of family assets, to ensure balanced intra-family governance relationships, to manage generational transitions (family agreements, establishment of trusts, deeds of assignment, trust contracts).
He is a member of boards of statutory auditors in companies operating in the engineering, fashion and trade sectors.
He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars on taxation, company law, business crises, finance and company valuation. He is the author of numerous publications for Ipsoa, Giuffrè and Il Sole 24 Ore.
